Peran Manajer Bakat pada Pengembangan Kualitas Kinerja Pemain Muda dan Kualitas Permainan dalam Klub Persija Jakarta Periode 2025-2026

Pembinaan pemain muda merupakan faktor penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan prestasi klub sepak bola profesional. Dalam proses tersebut, manajer bakat (talent manager) berperan sebagai penghubung antara identifikasi potensi, pengembangan kompetensi, dan promosi pemain menuju tim senior. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran manajer bakat dalam pengembangan kualitas kinerja pemain muda serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan performa tim di Klub Persija Jakarta periode 2025–2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui pengumpulan data dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan di lingkungan klub. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajer bakat berperan strategis dalam proses identifikasi potensi pemain, penyusunan Individual Development Plan (IDP), koordinasi pembinaan, dan pemantauan perkembangan pemain secara berkelanjutan. Peran tersebut berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas kinerja pemain muda yang meliputi aspek teknis, fisik, mental, dan taktis, serta berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya intensitas permainan, variasi serangan, kedalaman skuad, dan keberlanjutan regenerasi pemain. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajer bakat merupakan aktor kunci dalam sistem pembinaan pemain muda yang mampu mendukung peningkatan performa tim dan memperkuat daya saing klub sepak bola profesional
